Nutrition

Nutrition plans are customized based on the client’s needs and specifications. There will be a set of questions asked and based on the answers a diet will be created to get a baseline.  Once a baseline is established adjustments will be made every 1 to 2 weeks.  The diets have different methodologies.  One approach focuses on macros with spelled out guidelines on the types of foods you should eat for about 80% of your nutrition.  I leave the other 20 percent of the calories up to you as long as they fit the macros.  The second approach is a spelled-out diet basically stating eat this not that for all your meals.  I will listen to you in regard to what you like and what you do not like.  There is no such thing as one size fits all.  There are also various sensitivities which we will figure out together if you do not know them already so the diet you are on is the best one for you.  You might be carb sensitive, fat sensitive or not do well with gluten.  No matter what I will be there to help you and guide you so the nutrition and diet are manageable and fit into your life.

Training

Training is looked at very much like the nutrition.  There is no one size fits all.  I will create workout plans that have old school and new school methodologies.  I will also change up how much cardio you are doing depending on goals and body type.  I provide some different options with the training as well and alternatives.  These are all things I will guide you on but also learn you to make sure we are a team when it comes to your training.
